I’m a producer, director, and storyteller with over 15 years of experience helping organizations communicate clearly—and meaningfully—through video and narrative

My work sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy. I bring structure to ideas, and humanity to execution—translating complex messages into stories that connect with real people.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of formats and environments—from national campaigns and documentary storytelling to corporate communications, live events, and digital content. I’ve led projects internationally, including time spent living and working in the UAE, and continue to bring a global perspective to the work I do today.

I’m particularly drawn to work that requires both sensitivity and clarity—whether that’s shaping a brand narrative, tackling complex subject matter, or helping organizations build trust through storytelling.

Collaborating with values-driven organizations is where I love to be.

Of note: TELUS, NYU Abu Dhabi, lululemon, Arthritis Research Canada, Indigenous Tourism, Special Olympics World Games and more.

Where I find other Joy

Outside of client work, I continue to explore storytelling through personal projects that reflect how people capture and hold onto what matters.

Through Hello Joi, I’m currently developing tools that help modern families turn digital moments into meaningful, lasting keepsakes—bringing clarity and intention to the stories we’re already capturing every day. In a similar vein, I started and Memory Kitchen, a project rooted in food, family, and generational connection and you can still find helpful hints on YouTube!

I’m also the founder of Ellie & Madge, a small-batch line of heirloom children’s sunhats made from vintage cottage linens—an extension of my interest in memory, material, and the quiet stories objects can carry.

Together, these projects keep me grounded in what matters most: creating work that is thoughtful, lasting, and deeply human.
